This Privacy Policy governs the use of the Rapid League Masters mobile game and any services associated with it that are provided by MONTEROM (collectively, the "Application"). MONTEROM is referred to in this Privacy Policy as the "Service Provider".

Information Collection and Use

Rapid League Masters may collect certain information when you install, access, and use the mobile game. The types of information that may be collected include:

• The Internet Protocol (IP) address associated with your device
• Information about the screens or sections of the Application you access, including visit dates, times, and the amount of time spent on them
• The duration of your use of the Application
• The mobile operating system installed on your device

Rapid League Masters and certain third-party SDKs integrated into the game may use cookies, software development kits (SDKs), pixels, and comparable technologies to operate features, measure usage, perform analytics, or provide services. California residents may have rights to learn which categories of personal information are collected, request deletion of personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and receive equal treatment when exercising applicable privacy rights. Aggregated or anonymized information may be periodically provided to external service providers to support analysis, maintenance, development, and improvement of Rapid League Masters and related services. The Service Provider may disclose User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information in the following circumstances:

• when disclosure is necessary to satisfy a legal requirement, court order, subpoena, or comparable legal procedure;
• when the Service Provider reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to enforce or protect its rights, safeguard users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to a legitimate government inquiry;
• to trusted service providers performing authorized functions on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they are not permitted to independently use the disclosed information and have accepted appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations.

Opt-Out Rights

You may prevent Rapid League Masters from collecting additional information from your mobile device by removing the game from your device. Uninstalling the Application prevents further collection through the game, but it does not by itself erase information that was previously transferred to the Service Provider or applicable third-party providers.

Requests to delete personal information, withdraw consent, or exercise other applicable privacy rights may be directed to the Service Provider at [email protected].

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider keeps personal information only according to the applicable purpose and retention requirements:

• User Provided Data: Kept while you use the Application and for up to 12 months after your use ends, unless a longer period is required by law
• Automatically Collected Data: Stored for a period of up to 24 months after it is obtained, unless a longer period is necessary to satisfy legal obligations
• Aggregated and Anonymized Data: May be retained without a specific expiration period because it can no longer reasonably identify you
• Data required for legal compliance: Maintained for the period mandated by applicable laws or regulations

You may ask for your personal information to be deleted, subject to circumstances where the Service Provider is legally required to retain certain records. If you would like User Provided Data submitted through Rapid League Masters to be removed, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected]. Certain information may need to remain available where it is necessary for the Application to operate correctly.

Children

Rapid League Masters is not directed toward children younger than 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age established by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly request information from children or intentionally promote the Application to them.

Where applicable regulations require permission from a parent or legal guardian, the Application should not be used without the required authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has submitted personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to remove that information from its systems as soon as practicable. Parents or legal guardians who believe that their child has provided personal information to the Service Provider may contact [email protected] so that the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action can be taken.

Security

Protecting the confidentiality of information is important to the Service Provider. Appropriate physical, technical, electronic, and organizational safeguards are used to help secure the information that the Service Provider collects, processes, and maintains.

Data Breach Notification

If a security incident results in a breach involving your personal information, the Service Provider will provide notification as required by applicable law. Where legally necessary, such notification may include information concerning the type of incident and the measures being taken to investigate, contain, or resolve it.

Changes

The Service Provider may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in the Application, services, technology, or applicable legal requirements. Material revisions will be communicated by publishing the updated Privacy Policy together with its applicable effective date. If the law requires consent for a material change, the Service Provider will request such consent before the change becomes effective.

Your Consent

When consent is required as the legal basis for processing, you provide it by actively choosing to enable the applicable feature, setting, or activity.
